Tai Chi/Qigong Fusion (6-Week Class Series)

Sundays 9:30 AM, March 17th – April 28th
Members: $59; Non-Members: $99

This class is a carefully developed approach to Qigong and Tai Chi which is simple to learn and suitable for people of all ages, skill level and physical abilities (chair work is shown if needed).  It offers you an opportunity to cultivate and enhance your mental, physical and spiritual health.  Benefits include: increased balance, overall health, improved sleep, decreased stress, lower blood pressure, fewer body aches, and more! A long time friend and supporter of Core Studio, Meghan Mitchell, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, will be leading the class. 

The Core 10,000 Steps a Day Challenge!

Monday, March 18th - Sunday April 29th    
Members: $10; Non-Members: $79 (includes 6 weeks unlimited classes for non-members!) 

Research shows that taking at least 10k steps per day will dramatically cut your risk of developing certain diseases and conditions. On top of that, by taking 10k steps per day, the average person burns about 500 calories!

Core’s Healthy 7-Day Detox
