At Core, we provide a variety of group exercise classes including indoor cycling! This high-intensity workout will get you sweating in no time. Each indoor cycling workout is choreographed to an upbeat music playlist, so your workout is fun and enjoyable! Check out our cycling classes below:

Cycle 800:  What can you do to burn 800 calories in one hour?  Not sure?  We can help!  Welcome to the world of indoor cycling!  This action packed class will challenge you in ways you never thought possible.  Climb, sprint, race … have the time of your life!  You never knew burning this many calories could be so much fun!

CyStrength: Half cycle and half strength training, this perfectly balanced class will increase your overall strength and endurance.  All levels are welcome to attend.  Get in, get moving, and get on with your day! 

Ride for 45: This condensed class is perfect for the cyclist on the go!  Just like the name says, 45-minutes of pure cycling to add some intense training to your day.  Quick, efficient training with plenty of good ol’ sweat.  

Rise ‘n’ Shine Ride: Here comes the sun!  Start the day off right with the perfect morning ride.  Feel the energy of the room and let the music to push you to your personal best.  Who needs coffee?!?!  A great addition to any fitness regimen.
