Chiseled: Reshape your body into what you’ve always dreamed it could be!  Get the results you’ve been looking for with this total body strengthening class filled with exercises for every inch of your bod.  With the use of hand held weights, weighted bars, stability balls, resistance bands and tubing, get challenged, get results, GET CHISELED!     

Gone in 60 Seconds!: A class designed to challenge you in every way shape and form in 60 seconds or less!  This circuit based class is split into cardiovascular and strength training stations that will challenge you in ways you never thought possible.  Oh yeah … and it’s tons of fun too!  All fitness levels welcome!  

Butts & Guts:  Get rid of that muffin top!  This class will target the almighty core, glutes, and legs.  A variety of exercises including stability, resistance and mat work will be performed, leaving you with the “assets” you’ve been looking for!
